Most trainings teach you about the cycle. This one guides you through it. Through your body, your nervous system, your own lived experience of being a woman in the world. That's what makes this different.
Not the hours, the curriculum, the education, but the depth of where I guide you over the 6 months. We hold you in connection long enough for it to actually land in your tissues, cells and create change from the inside out.
