LEARN MOREWHAT THE METHOD IS

A science-based way to read your body's signals.
The Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) is a body literacy practice built on tracking three physical signs, cervical fluid, basal body temperature, and bleeding, to identify the fertile and non-fertile phases of your cycle.
The specific approach taught in this training is the symptothermal double-check method, the same method used in the most robust long-term research on fertility awareness to date.
This is not a calendar method, a rhythm method, or an app making predictions. It's based on reading your own real-time data, cycle by cycle.

EFFECTIVENESS, SOURCED

Up to 99.6% effective, with perfect use.
This figure comes from a 20-year prospective study of 900 women across more than 17,600 menstrual cycles, using the Sensiplan symptothermal method (Frank-Herrmann et al., Human Reproduction, 2007).
With perfect use and abstinence during the fertile window, the method was up to 99.6% effective at avoiding pregnancy. For couples who used condoms during the fertile window instead of abstaining, effectiveness was 99.4%. Typical use, where the method isn't followed exactly every cycle, brings the real-world number down, the same pattern seen with any contraceptive method, hormonal or otherwise.
