Not at all. This training meets you exactly where you are. All students read Wild Power by Alexandra Pope & Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer before the program begins, putting everyone on the same foundation.

It's ideal, as the program is rooted in embodied, lived experience. Women who are postpartum, in perimenopause, or no longer bleeding — your wisdom and cyclical memory still matter deeply here, and you are welcome.

Approximately 20 hours — calls every other weekend, bi-weekly integration practices, and self-study. All sessions are recorded and downloadable for lifetime access.
