A Menstrual Cycle & Somatic Coach, and founder of Cyclical Living for Women.

For over 7 years, I’ve supported thousands of women to reconnect with their menstrual cycles, regain trust in their female body intelligence, and live in alignment with their cyclical nature.

Since 2024, I have proudly certified 45 students globally as Menstrual Cycle Educators. Teaching others to hold this work is one of my deepest passions... not only to pass the torch, but to ignite a wider ripple of change.

I believe that when we equip female leaders, teachers, and coaches with menstrual cycle wisdom, this education reaches more hands, more wombs, and more lives - ensuring women everywhere receive the support they truly deserve.
